Phase 3, which will begin when funding is secured, includes:

• Erection of a new bandshell to host performing arts events on the re-connected Great Lawn,

• Construction of a stone tower from the Halcyon Hall stones with magnificent views of the Catskill Mountains on the old arts center site, and

• Expansion of the trail network up into the woods north of the old Science Center location including a nexus with Franklin Avenue (old Rt. 82).
